The Shahbaz government stood against the Supreme Court

The government's big announcement came out on the Supreme Court's decision to hold elections in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The Pakistani government refused to accept the decision. In the summit meeting of government allies chaired by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, it has been decided to confirm the rejection of the Supreme Court's decision by the National Assembly. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif chaired a summit meeting of the coalition parties in which the decision of the Supreme Court was discussed.

Sources said that a detailed consultation was held on the political situation and the constitutional crisis, while the legal team briefed the participants on the decision of the three-member bench. According to sources, the leadership of the coalition parties called the court decision a minority opinion and opined that they consider the decision of the three-member bench controversial.

Sources said that the forum expressed concern over the incomplete decision on the national issue, and the legal team opined that implementation of the incomplete decision would not be possible. Sources say that PDM chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman suggested to fight for the supremacy of the parliament, while Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz insisted on filing a reference against the judges included in the bench. Justice has been murdered, Parliament should recognize its supremacy, if it still takes an apologetic attitude, it will cause a lot of damage.

According to the sources, it has been decided to confirm the rejection of the decision of the Supreme Court by the National Assembly, apart from this, it was also considered to file a reference on judicial misconduct against three judges including the Chief Justice. Sources say that the meeting of parliamentary leaders will be held again tomorrow under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister. In tomorrow's meeting, there will be a consultation on the possible resolution to be presented in the National Assembly. In the meeting,

the coalition leaders expressed full confidence in the leadership of the Prime Minister and expressed their resolve to fight for the stability of the civil supremacy and the parliament and said that disrespect of the parliament will not be tolerated under any circumstances. It should be noted that a three-member bench of the Supreme Court declared null and void the Election Commission's order to hold elections in Punjab on October 8 and ordered to hold elections in the provincial assembly on May 14. The federal cabinet had rejected the decision of the Supreme Court regarding the election. Now it is to be seen what action plan the Pakistani government will adopt in the future, because one thing is clear that the government of Shehbaz Sharif was flagged by the IMF and was not given a loan. It's getting harder
